Seven is the number of fullness

Chaverai Nevarech - Friends, Let Us Bless. We say these words in gratitude when we are satiated. When we are filled up. In the Torah we learn: "וְאָכַלְתָּ וְשָׂבַעְתָּ" "You shall eat and be satisfied." The root word, "ש.ב.ע" "To be satiated/satisfied" also forms the letters of the word שֶׁבָע - Seven. Seven is fullness. Seven is completion. Seven is Shabbat. 

I am so excited to share with you seven new melodies for Shabbat. I hope they fill you up and bring you satisfaction. I hope they draw you in and hold you close. Thanks for listening, and I hope we can sing them together soon!
